An acrylic bridge is then fabricated and fitted for functioning within just a few hours after the dental implant surgery. Criteria for ProArch (All-on-4) Dental Implant Surgical Procedure
- case should not have severe parafunctions indications
- ProArch (all-on-4 and all-on-6) dental implant treatment is meant for totally edentulous maxilla with a minimum bone width of 5 mm and a minimum bone
height of 10 mm from canine to canine - ProArch dental implant treatment is meant for for totally edentulous mandible with a minimum bone width of 5 mm and minimum bone height of 8 mm in between the mental foramina
ProArch (All-on-4) Dental Implant Procedure
1. Checkup, consultation, treatment planning

2. Take Panoramic X-ray & Surgical Template
A digital panoramic x-ray film is taken in checking bone condition. Only if required, for more complex cases, will your implantologist recommend for a CT Scan to be taken.
Tooth impression taking is also done in making a surgical template (if required) that is used as a guide during the ProArch (all-on-4 and all-on-6) dental implant post placement surgery.
3. Dental Implant Post Placement
The titanium implant post placed is embedded in jaw at respective positioning. The posterior implants are tilted at an angle for optimal bone support.
4. Fabraicate prosthetic on Dental Implant in Dental Laboratories
Tooth impression taking is done in fabricating the acrylic overdentures. A trial framework is returned for fitting before teeth are built and the final acrylic fixed bridge is made
5. Fit Acrylic Fixed Bridges and Adjust
The acrylic fixed bridges are fitted within 48 hours days from time of ProArch (all-on-4 and all-on6) dental implant post surgery. The acrylic fixed bridges is then adjusted and re-checked until a proper bite occlusion is obtained.
ProArch (All-on-4 and All-on-6) can now also be performed using Straumann.
